How can I request more subscriptions and seats?

If you’re running low on available seats or expecting increased enrollment, you can easily request additional subscriptions through your admin dashboard.

1. Go to the Subscriptions tab, click on the “New Subscription Request” button.

2. Fill out the request form:

   • Subscription name

   • Tier

   • Start date

   • End date

   • Amount of seats

3. Submit by clicking the “Request New Subscription” button.

1. On the Subscriptions page, click the subscription row you want to add more seats to.

2. On the Subscription Details screen, click the “+ Request More Seats” button to submit your request.
